NVIDIA's Parakeet v3 recognizes 25 European languages automatically, with punctuation and capitalization. Goop runs its 600-million-parameter INT8 model on your CPU through sherpa-onnx.
Download the speech model once, about 487 MB. After that, transcription works offline. Remove it in Settings whenever you want.
